A booking is confirmed once you complete the flow on this site and see your confirmation. You must be 16 or older to book online, or have a parent or guardian book for you.

We may need to move or cancel an appointment for staff illness, power outages or the odd Whistler snow day. We'll call you and rebook or refund in full.

Prices shown are in Canadian dollars, before tax, and may change; the price shown when you book is the price you pay for that appointment. GST at 5% is added at checkout and itemised separately — barbering is exempt from BC's PST. Extra time or add-ons agreed in the chair are charged in shop.

Online payments are processed by Square. By paying online you also agree to Square's terms for that transaction.

A $35 + GST ($36.75) no-show fee applies to missed appointments, and to cancellations made less than 4 hours before your slot. Full details are in our Shop Policies, which form part of these terms.

Our barbers work to the result you've agreed in the chair. Hair type, condition and existing colour all affect the outcome, so we can't guarantee an exact match to a photo. Tell us within 7 days if something isn't right and we'll fix it free.

Let your barber know about allergies, sensitivities or skin conditions before we start. Services may be declined where they'd be unsafe.

We keep the shop a good place to be. We reserve the right to refuse or end a service for abusive behaviour or intoxication, and the service will still be charged.

The The Loft Studio name, logo, photography and copy on this site are ours, so please don't reuse them. Content is provided as-is; we aim to keep hours, prices and availability accurate but they can change without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under British Columbia consumer law. Beyond that, our liability for any appointment is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
