If you don't show up for a booked appointment and haven't cancelled, a $35 CAD no-show fee is charged to the card used or held at booking. That covers the chair time your barber held open for you.

Prepaid appointments: the $35 is kept from your payment and the rest is refunded back to your card. Pay-in-shop appointments: every online booking holds a card at the time of booking, and the fee is charged to that card.

Card details are entered into Square's own secure form, stored by Square as a card on file, and used for one thing only — the $35 fee if you no-show or cancel inside 4 hours. Nothing is charged when you book, and we never see or store your card number.

Cancel or move your appointment at least 4 hours before your slot and there's no charge. Call us at (604) 935-0044.

Cancel inside 4 hours and we may apply the $35 fee, because that slot rarely gets filled at short notice. Prepaid bookings cancelled in time are refunded in full to the original card, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

We'll hold your chair for 10 minutes. After that we may need to shorten the service or rebook you so the rest of the day doesn't fall behind. The full service price still applies to a shortened cut.

Walk-ins are welcome whenever a chair is free, but booked appointments come first. On powder days and long weekends, booking ahead is the only way to be sure.

Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes at checkout. Pay online when you book, or in shop by tap, card or cash. Online payments are processed securely by Square, so we never see or store your card number.

Tips are always appreciated and never expected.

Tell us within 7 days and we'll get you back in the chair to put it right, free. We'd rather fix it than have you leave unhappy.
