Privacy Policy

When you book online we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service and barber you chose, your appointment time, and any notes you add.

If you pay online, Square processes the payment. We receive a confirmation and a payment reference, never your full card number, expiry or CVV.

To hold your appointment, confirm and remind you about it, take payment, apply our no-show and cancellation policies, and keep a simple history of your visits so your barber knows what worked last time.

Only the services that run our shop: Square (payments and customer records) and our booking platform's hosting and email providers. We do not sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Booking and payment records are kept while you're a customer and for as long as Canadian tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete anything we're not legally required to keep.

Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Call (604) 935-0044 or ask us in shop and we'll handle it.

This site uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and your booking working. We don't run advertising trackers.
